Port Debilly

Why take a photo here?
This hidden riverside path sits just below Avenue de New York and offers a peaceful, low-angle view of the Eiffel Tower — perfect for capturing reflections in the Seine, long-exposure light trails, or serene portraits by the water. It’s one of the most underrated photo spots in Paris.
Best time to shoot:
Blue hour and nighttime. The Eiffel Tower sparkles above while the river mirrors the lights. Calm, atmospheric, and perfect for a quieter kind of beauty.
Pro tip:
Use a tripod for long exposures. The closer-to-water level helps you catch stunning reflections or motion blur from passing boats. Great for minimalist shots or cinematic nighttime edits.
Port Debilly runs along both sides of Pont d’Iéna, just below Avenue de New York on the same bank of the Seine. Both the east and west sides of the bridge offer slightly different perspectives — walk a bit in both directions to find your perfect shot.
